“A recent project by House of Heacock for Unfold Projects. The Architecture is by Shana Kellogg and the engineering of the barrel vault ceiling and roof is by her dad Kendrick Bangs Kellogg. This was a restoration and renovation project where House of Heacock lead the concept design for the entire estate and the interior design for the main residence. House of Heacock worked with their local resources for the interiors and connected the client with Stacy Kelley and Andrew Utt, President of ICA for art curation and their artists residency.”

Megan Heacock White of House of Heacock served as the interior designer on the project, shaping every room to honor the home's organic architectural bones while bringing in a softer, more contemporary sense of comfort. Curved wood ceilings, custom furniture and a restrained material palette carry through each space, letting the home's original architecture remain the star. Every material choice reflects a commitment to regeneration. The space features reclaimed teak flooring, locally made sustainable tiles, and plumbing fixtures made with recycled materials. Adding a deeply personal touch, Megan designed the custom furnishings, which local fabricators built using upcycled materials salvaged directly from the site's demolition.
