Lazy Day Books is a mobile bookshop traveling southern California beaches and parks selling books to those in need of a lazy day. HoH® pulled inspiration from Southern California in the 60’s; the year the Corvair was built and mid century modern, modular design was influential. Custom, modular shelving and displays were designed to easily shop from. The hydraulic panels are wrapped in a custom pattern printed on duct canvas; when open, they provide shade while shopping and when closed, they lock and contain the books while driving to and from beaches and parks.
